What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products can be ordered from 30 pieces. Some items have a higher minimum set by production — it is shown on each product page.
Are your prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Prices on product cards are per piece without branding; the calculator on the product page adds an indicative cost for printing or engraving your logo.
Do you sell to private customers?
No. We work with companies, public institutions and organisations only (B2B).
How do I get an exact price with my logo?
Send a quote request with the product, quantity and your logo. We check the artwork and confirm the final price, including branding and delivery.
Will I see my logo on the product before production?
Yes. We prepare a free digital mockup, and production starts only after you approve it.
Which file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files work best: AI, PDF, SVG or EPS. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway — we will tell you whether it can be used.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across the European Union. For the United Kingdom and Switzerland customs formalities apply — ask us and we will include them in the quote.
How is VAT handled for companies outside Poland?
We are a Polish company. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID (checked in VIES) are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; otherwise Polish VAT applies.
